Celeste has focused her career on owner-managed businesses and all the related work that comes with that. She started her career with Arthur Andersen’s Enterprise Group which provided audit and tax services for small businesses and start-ups. Since then, she has worked with business owners and high-net worth individuals, their tax providers, auditors, and lenders ensuring accounting, tax, and loan compliance for their projects. Industries included private foundations, 501(c)3 non-profits, real estate, hospitality, restaurants, multi-family, condo-developments, consulting firms, and personal income tax planning. She has coordinated transactions for sales, purchases, and refinancings. In addition to accounting, her roles have often included oversight for HR including payroll, technology, property tax appeals, and insurance procurement.  In her free time, Celeste enjoys hiking, biking, the beach, and time with family.
